Graduation Information
This page will help Liberal Arts students learn more about the importance of completing the graduation application(s) and any other necessary paperwork in order to graduate from Honolulu Community College.
- Liberal Arts counselors review and approve student graduation applications.
- Students should consult with their Liberal Arts counselor to check on what coursework remains to be completed before being awarded their Associate of Arts degree.
- Students will be invited to a graduation seminar once they have finished 40 credits of transfer level coursework.
- Graduation Application Deadlines are:
- October 15 for Fall graduation
- March 15 for Spring graduation
- It is $15.00 for the degree and for an additional $15.00 another degree, printed in Hawaiian can be ordered.
- Formal commencement is held once a year in May.
