Jerry Saviano

Dr. Jerry Saviano, Instructor, CC, Language Arts, graduated from the University of Hawaii. He has published many short stories in literary journals including Manoa, The Bellingham Review, and Prism International. In 1998 he won Honolulu Magazine's fiction contest. His community service includes serving as a board member for the Hawaii Literary Arts Council, a volunteer organization designed to foster community interest in literature by sponsoring readings by local and visiting authors and advising Expressions, the campus magazine showcasing student work in the arts.
