Art
Study of visual art enriches our understanding of human history and culture. Art provides a record of people, places and events, gives visual form to feelings and ideas, and often allows us to see the world in new and unexpected ways. ART courses at Honolulu Community College provide an introduction to art history, and to several areas of studio practice by means of hands-on experience with the tools and materials of art.
