Humanities
"The Humanities" is that group of courses which HUMANIZE us, which develop our ability to think and to appreciate culture. The thinking courses include Public Speaking, Logic and Art. These courses teach us to think clearly, critically, and creatively. If you want to gain confidence and independence of mind, these courses are for you. The culture courses include Literature, Drama, Music, Philosophy, Religion and History. If you are searching for meaning and direction in your life, these are the courses to take. Our Humanities faculty members have many awards for excellence in teaching.
