ELI 5 TV - Listening Comprehension and Vocabulary Development V
Course Description
- Corequisite: ESL 1/ESL 3 or ESL11/ESL13
This is the lab component of the Honolulu English Language Institute (HELI). International students will be required to spend 10 hours weekly in a directed course of study which will include engaging in a variety of reading, vocabulary, writing, grammar, listening, speaking, and acculturation activities using the internet, DVD’s, audio/videotapes, hard copy materials, and real world sources. Students may enroll 2 times for a maximum of 4 credits. Graded on a CR/N basis.
