FSHN 185 - The Science of Human Nutrition
Course Description
Integration of natural science concepts basic to study of human nutrition. Emphasis on nutrient requirements of healthy individuals throughout life cycle, food sources, functions and interrelationships of nutrients. Lectures supplemented with individualized instructional activities.
Note: FSHN 185 is accepted as a natural science requirement at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, UH West Oahu, and at other community colleges
