POLS 24 - Issues of Hawaiian Politics
Course Description
A study of the major issues concerning contemporary Hawaii politics at both the state and local level. This course includes a survey of problems involving political responsibility, political participation, civil liberties, and the role of governmental agencies and other political groups and organizations in the social and economic life of the community. Problems which students will face in their day-to-day life in the Hawaii community will be emphasized.
